§ AboutEditorial

A quiet magazine for a loud century.

swiss.vision is an independent editorial platform exploring possible futures for Switzerland.

Manifesto

A country the size of a laboratory. Twenty-six cantons, four languages, one habit of doing things quietly and doing them well. swiss.vision is a place to see the next Switzerland being drafted — in glass, in code, in water, in ideas.

Editorial principles
  • 01

    Independent

No political party, no corporate owner. Funded by readers and occasional cultural grants.

  • 02

    Optimistic, not naive

We publish plausible futures, not manifestos. Every scenario is costed, sourced and challenged.

  • 03

    Multilingual

Published in EN, DE, FR and IT — the four languages Switzerland already speaks to itself in.

  • 04

    Cross-disciplinary

Architects, engineers, physicians, farmers and coders — each edition rotates its council.

  • 05

    Open

Every dataset behind a chart is downloadable. Every quote is verifiable. Corrections are logged, not erased.

  • 06

    Slow

One long-read a week. One dispatch a month. No push notifications. Ever.
